Overall, the shoes large. Run to measure. (I find that BCBGirls always do.) Platform 1 / 2 inch heel makes the actual height 3.5 cm. They feel stable on the foot and are surprisingly comfortable. Do not you feel like you fall, because the heels are so high. The shoes are made in sections - a combination of field of a smooth skin (an eggplant purple) and a crocodile MOC) in the leather (in a purple hue of the grape. I have a vintage 1950's dress and style fits a good shape.Reasons why I do not give this shoe 5 stars: a) They are difficult - but I do not think a big problem if you do not plan to run a 10K in them, b) the platform on the bottom, not the entire late finger (you can see in the pix), who can not look odd to you or, c) the back of the heel is attached by a silver metal plate (which also may or may not seem strange). I believe that the attributes to make the shoes look funky, but still fresh. The rounded tip is popular, butis something oh-so-much-more flattering to the leg.
